Crafted in Japan with a philosophy of quiet refinement, the Doek Court sneaker draws inspiration from classic open-lacing tennis shoes, reimagined with a focus on essential materials and timeless design. The upper is made from hardwearing Kasuri canvas, a textured, slubby fabric traditionally woven in the Kurume region using old-fashioned power looms. With a coarse weave equivalent to 10oz and left undyed, the fabric retains its natural character and tactile quality—offering beauty in its raw, unadorned form. The natural rubber sole is hand-vulcanised and slowly oven-baked for exceptional durability and structure. Inside, a naturally breathable cork footbed provides lasting comfort and support. The Doek Court fits true to size and is available in both US and Japanese sizing.
